DO YOU TAKE CONSULTATIONS OR CAN I ONLY BOOK ONLINE?
I do take consultations if required! Usually for tricky coverups or larger pieces. They are booked Thursday-Saturday 10am. It is helpful if you fill out the booking form prior to the consult so I have an idea of what we are doing!
WHY DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT/WHY IS IT NON REFUNDABLE?
A deposit guarantees your appointment time, and will compensate for some of my time in the event of a no show.
The deposit serves as both a booking fee and a down payment on your tattoo. This is to protect both your time and your tattoo artist’s time. Upon completion of the tattoo, the deposit amount is deducted from the total cost of the tattoo.
Once you have paid the deposit, your appointment time is secured and is no longer available to other clients. In the event of a late appointment change or no-show the deposit is forfeited to the artist to help compensate for their time spent consulting with you, designing your tattoo and the loss of income during the time that was scheduled for your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY UPCOMING APPOINTMENT?
Get a good night’s sleep
Eat a decent meal before you get tattooed.
Have a shower before your appointment and pay special attention to give the area to be tattooed a good soapy clean.
Clipper or shave the area if you can. Your fancy razor will be gentler on your skin than my disposable ones.
Get some cash out to bring with you.
Most importantly, slip, slop slap for 2 weeks prior, because if you get your skin sunburnt you CANNOT get tattooed.
For next level tattoo preppers:
Exfoliate and moisturise the area to be tattooed for a couple of weeks leading up to your appointment. This allows the stencil to hold for much longer, and makes the skin more supple to tattoo. This is very important on chests and backs.
